You can delete your Keep it, Sell it, Donate it account and the personal data tied to it. Deletion is permanent. Project content you own is removed subject to legal retention, backups, and residual log copies described in our Privacy Policy.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Keep it, Sell it, Donate it and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Before deleting, remove or transfer any projects you still need. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription by itself. Manage billing in Google Play or the App Store if you have an active plan.
Option 2: Email a deletion request
If you cannot use the app, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account and associated data.

- The email address on your account
- A clear request to delete your account and associated data
- Any extra detail that helps us verify it is you
We aim to confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days (sooner when we can). We may ask for identity verification before acting.
What we delete
- Your account credentials and profile
- Projects you own and their items, photos, votes, and notes (as applicable)
- Related app data we hold for providing the service
Some records may remain where the law requires retention, or in short-lived backups and security logs, as described in the Privacy Policy.
